Paul grew up in Watkins, MN, the son of Florence and Al, and attended Eden Valley-Watkins High School and studied Criminal Justice at St. Cloud State University. He has served on the National Development Council as a Finance Professional, served on Developmental Boards around MN, and has been an active part of Minnesota Farmers Union since 1991. When he’s not at the office, Paul enjoys traveling with his wife, Seda; cheering for the Vikings at the new US Bank Stadium, taking his Springer Spaniels pheasant hunting and competing in AKC Field Trials. Paul is especially proud to have guided the Governor of Minnesota at the Pheasant Opener with his dogs. Paul is also now a proud Grandpa twice over!

Alex grew up in Willmar, and attended MSU Mankato studying Communications. He joined Paul at the Willmar office and is learning the tools of the trade. Alex is a thrillseeker and enjoys skydiving, golfing and boating (and anything active in the great outdoors) with his friends and family, and thoroughly spoiling his niece and nephew. He will win you over with his dorky humor and easygoing nature, but don’t be fooled – he enjoys a good challenge, and will help you any way he can.

Brittany was born and raised in Olivia, and takes care of financials at the Olivia office for both offices. She is a lover of all things sports – especially College Football and the MN Twins – and now keeps busy running after her young daughter, Mia. She studied at Ridgewater College in Willmar after graduating from BOLD, and is very close with her brothers and family. When she’s not at the office, Brittany likes to enjoy watching her two brothers play sports at the college level, spending time with her family and playing dress up with her daughter.

Joyce is joining the agency as a newly created position of Personal Lines Manager. Joyce is currently licensed in property and casualty, and has four years of personal lines insurance experience. A few things about Joyce would include: She has been a resident of the Willmar area for the past 20 years. She enjoys spending her time traveling with her husband Tracy, hanging outdoors with her daughter Ashley, and her five grandchildren.

Crystal is currently licensed in property/casualty since 2016 and is currently pursuing her life and health. She has lived in Willmar since 1980 graduating from Willmar Sr High and attending college at Willmar Technical College receiving an accounting diploma and returning to Ridgewater College and obtaining her liberal arts degree. She is married to Kyle Goosmann and has four children Paige, Mariah, Brandon and Levi as well as 3 grandchildren. She enjoys baking, scrapbooking and spending as much time as she with her children and grandchildren. She is a hockey enthusiastic watching the Wild and the last four years she worked for the Willmar Warhawks NA3HL team. Along with hockey she enjoys watching the MN Vikings and cheering loudly as her family does not share this passion 😊.
